I had to fill out a form asking what my interests were and what my strength & weaknesses were which I thought was strange. There was four other people waiting to be interviewed and the girl on the reception desk was scheduling more interviews which was a huge red flag - no mention of actual work or marketing just scheduling interviews.

I was called in for the interview and the guy was just talking about how much money he made, he wasn't interested in my advertising background or past work experience. He actually made me feel so uncomfortable more than once when he compared making a sale to getting with girls. Then he said he wanted to put me forward for a "second interview " where someone else came in and tried to sell me the job. I was wearing a Wawa mask and he asked if I worked in Wawa which I didn't, so he didn't even look at my resume. He told me I would have to work weekends at Big Lots or BJ's in Deptford which I wasn't interested in at all. I left and was offered the "job" over email a few days later and I just deleted the email. Also the first creepy guy that interviewed me asked him to text him while I was sitting there to let him know I was available ASAP and I just blocked his number.
